Our seller’s currently deliver across India to all metros and certain non-metro cities. We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it’s beyond our control like the current pandemic situation which may result in delayed shipments.
Since we deal in the products which are mostly order specific, we allow the vendors to decide on the lead time they require, this time is indicated alongside with each product. Once an order is placed , our seller is notified immediately and the order is dispatched from the seller’s end post it’s completion. The order is delivered to the customer in working hours on all days including Monday to Saturday.
In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may also contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.
We shall endeavour to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.
If you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please take a photo of that product with the delivery person this will help us to take the appropriate actions.
We will ensure that your shipment never delays, but in extreme conditions, please drop us an email on [email protected] with your order number or you can also generate a support ticket through Kian India Dashboard.
In the unfortunate scenario, that your shipment has been misplaced or lost en-route, we can either resend the order to you (if the same products are still in stock), or issue a credit note to you, or reimburse the full amount to you.
In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of team Kian India, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.
If the product is damaged or affected in any way on account of improper, reckless use, disregard of care instructions provided, we assume no liability for the damage or any shortcomings in the make or quality of the product.
Measurements/dimensions of Products
Measurements/dimensions of the products are approximate only to allow you to understand the approximate size of the product. Therefore, the actual product dimension delivered to you may sometimes slightly vary.
REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
We’ll ensure our product cancellation request remains zero by providing the top most quality and desired product. We’ll ensure that your product satisfaction exceeds its expectations.
(a) Return Request
The customer may send to us the return request for the product if the ordered product is damaged, tampered, faulty, defective or it differs from the product you ordered. Moreover, if you are of the opinion that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time of its delivery; you’re advised to take a photo of that product with the delivery person. In any of the above mentioned circumstances, the buyer is required to send the images of the product along with its order no. to [email protected]. The request for return shall be made within 36 Hours from the delivery of the product.
(b) Conditions Applicable
The customer shall ensure that the product returnable is in the original condition as received accompanied by all the bills, labels, tags or anything of similar kind. Products purchased in combos are not eligible for return on an individual basis. In addition, if the product is personalised in nature, or you have asked for some customization in the product, then its return fully depends upon the discretion of the seller, since the same cannot be re-sold.
The product shall be couriered by the customer to Kian India or the seller as directed at the cost of customer. It is to be noted that, it shall be the responsibility of the buyer to furnish documents or proofs if needed, to establish the claim of return of the said product, in cases where, the product doesn’t delivered to Kian India or the seller as directed or incorrect, empty product is delivered, then team Kian India will not be liable for the products returned by mistake or belonging to other vendors or any incorrect product returned.
Cancellations of products which are not personalised in nature are also at discretion of the seller after the stipulated time.
(c) Refund Initialization
On complete compliance of the refund conditions, the refund shall be initiated and it shall reflect in the bank account of the buyer in the 4 to 7 business working days. It is to be noted that, the buyer is entitled for the value of refund excluding any other expense incurred by buyer in relation to its return process.
NOTE : REFUND IS NOT APPLICABLE FOR BULK OR CORPORATE ORDERS
|What products can NOT be returned?|
|(a) Items that have been worn, washed or soiled;|
|(b) Electronic items, once the seal has been broken, cannot be returned unless the equipment is faulty|
|(c) Consumable products like food and beverages, bath and beauty products;|
|(d) Bulky items like furniture, statues, paintings, temples etc..|
|(e) Custom made products/ Personalised products.|
The buyer may cancel the order within 4 hours of placing the order. Buyer also acknowledges that, once the order is accepted by the seller, acceptance of such cancellation requests is at the sole discretion of the seller.
Buyer is required to make a cancellation request by generating a support ticket on the buyer dashboard or by writing an email to [email protected]. kianindia.com will not accept and process any cancellation request sent in the manner other than as indicated herein.
Moreover, team Kian India upholds all the right to levy cancellation charges if the product has already gone into making and towards administrative & general expenses.
In case of a personalised product acceptance of cancellation request is at the sole discretion of the seller.
The likelihood of damage is minimal as our every product is packed with due care & love. Our artists pour their passion into the delivery box. However, in case there is any damage, you can get a replacement in the below mentioned manner.
Products (eligible for replacement), will be replaced only in case of a preparation defect or damage due to transportation. Replacement will not be made in cases of damage due to normal wear and tear, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product, and negligence on part of the customer. The customer has to notify us within 36 hours from the date of delivery with the pictures of the product evidencing its defect (product shall be mandatorily be required in its original packaging) and ship the product back to us for the free replacement.
In case the product you have returned is out of stock, we will provide you with a credit note equal to the value of the product you purchased. The credit note will be sent to you via email and can be used to purchase anything of that value from the online store within six months.
The exchange policy is not applicable for any product which has been used or installed, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, any damage / defect not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. The policy is also not applicable on any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
The customer also acknowledges that the item(s) should be packed securely to prevent any damage during transit. However, in case of any damage during transit, it shall be the responsibility of the customer itself and the initiation of replacement or cancellation or refund is at the sole discretion of kian india.
Note : After the agreement of return or refund, you must send the product back to the vendor within 7 days of agreement.
